These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Tradeline AI, a product of Severine, LLC ("Severine," "we," "us," or "our"). By using Tradeline AI, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What Tradeline AI is

Tradeline AI is an AI-powered phone answering service for trades and home-service businesses. It answers inbound calls on your behalf, collects caller information, and notifies you of new leads. The service is delivered through voice AI technology provided by ElevenLabs.

Your account and responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when signing up for the service.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your agent and phone number.
• You must comply with all applicable laws when using the service, including telephone recording laws in your jurisdiction. In many states, at least one party must consent to a recorded call. We inform callers they are speaking with an AI at the start of each call.
• You may not use Tradeline AI for illegal purposes, to deceive callers in harmful ways, or to violate any third-party rights.

Payments and cancellation

Tradeline AI is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing is communicated before you are charged. Your free trial period, if applicable, is stated at signup. After the trial, your subscription renews monthly unless cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at lkarlitz@icloud.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Call recording and data

By using Tradeline AI, you acknowledge that calls to your agent number may be recorded and transcribed. You are responsible for ensuring you have any legally required consent from your callers. See our Privacy Policy for details on how call data is handled.

Service availability

We aim to keep Tradeline AI running at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Outages may occur due to maintenance, third-party service issues (including ElevenLabs), or events outside our control. We are not liable for losses arising from service unavailability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Severine, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Tradeline AI, including missed calls, lost business, or data loss. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Intellectual property

Tradeline AI, including its design, software, and content, is owned by Severine, LLC. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the service without our written permission. Your business name, branding, and any content you provide remain yours.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. We will notify you of material changes by email or by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, as mutually agreed.
